Typically, this person will be:
A practical, hands-on production assembler responsible for building parts or products on the shop floor. This role is focused on assembly and quality rather than engineering or supervisory duties.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Assembler:

• Follow drawings or detailed work instructions to assemble parts or products accurately
• Build products consistently, safely, and to quality standards
• Identify defects or quality issues early and report them
• Work reliably and collaboratively as part of a production tea
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Practical, hands-on experience with hand tools and basic machiner
• Comfortable with repetitive or semi-repetitive assembly tasks
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing manual work
• Detail-focused, able to follow instructions step by step
• Attentive to quality and able to spot when something is not right
• Strong teamwork and reliability
